For 8-years I experienced first hand the extreme toll the modern work environment can take.
After puncturing my lung due to the stresses of working on Wall Street, I resolved to spend my time focussed on learning how to maximize life experience and performance in a holistic way.
After an extensive 3-year journey of personal growth, research and experimentation, which took me across the globe, I arrived at an understanding of the human experience which is unique, giving myself the ability to dramatically enhance someone’s life experience, reverse burnout, and restore people’s authentic expression in their lives. I’m now a sought after coach teaching others through my unique methods which incorporate everything from cognitive psychology and mindfulness, diet and health, and plant medicine.

The word muay derives from the Sanskrit mavya which means “to bind together”. Muay Thai is referred to as the “Art of Eight Limbs” or the “Science of Eight Limbs” because it makes use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes, thus using eight “points of contact.”
